BLOODY SHOW!?

Just over 39 weeks pregnant.
Woke up with some pain, looked into the toilet and saw the 3 dots of blood, I then wiped to see what’s on the toilet paper - really watery blood & looked into the toilet and a small dark clot was there. Is this the bloody show, should I be concerned about the clot?
