What should we do?

For a few months now our neighbor thinks it's a good idea to ride his motorcycle up and down our street at all hours of the night. It keeps me and my husband up which sucks cause my husband works early in the morning and my 16 month old son isnt sleeping because of it as well. I dont know what we should do about it...we are getting very angry! I just dont understand how someone could be so thoughtless and selfish. Idk if we should get authorities involved or what but something has got to be done.
