BRACA1 POSITIVE. 87 Percent risk of breast cancer!!!

So cancer runs in the family. I found out that I have 2 mutations that cause cancer, BRCA1 being the main one. I’ve opted to get a preventative double mastectomy but I’m having issues deciding when to do it. I want it done as soon as possible but worried that I’ll regret it since I won’t be able to breast feed or feel my future children on my chest. That area will be numb.

I’m 22 and my family members have died from cancer ages 29-43.

Any thought and suggestions?
