HCG QUESTION. HELP NEEDED!

I’m 5 weeks +3 today. My HCG level is very low at 355. This was my 5th beta test and even though very low, the numbers double every 2-3 days. My doctor says abnormal pregnancy and 1% chance of healthy pregnancy. Anyone else have success with levels this low??
