Not ovulating?

So I'm a hefty gal at 18.5 stone and I know I'm over weight. My question is, I don't think I'm ovulating as all the tests throughout my cycle come back negative. Is weight a factor when it comes to ovulation?

Weight actually can alter some things going on down there, but it doesn't mean it will. Are you only checking on what is supposed to be your ovulation time? Its possible your way off from the norm or what any app would calculate it at. Some women are super early, some are super late. Buy a cheap 50 count box on Amazon and try every 3 days after your period. ( the test should be able to read a positive within 3 days of it) if you get no positive in 3 months, maybe consult with a doctor and find out what is going on. Also not all women ovulate every month either. Its possible you may not ovulate every period.

Not really as I'm a bigger girl and I ovulate fine and have had a baby with no problems, but being overweight can be a symptom of polycystic ovaries which can cause you not to ovulate

It CAN be a factor - but bigger ladies still fall pregnant. To assist with regulating your body I would still recommend starting to eat healthy and being active (if you aren’t already doing so).

I'm not sure on the weight thing, but I thought the image was a positive pregnancy test before reading the post- there is definitely a line on that Ovulation test!
