Diagnosed today with PCOS

So I started opk’s at home and tested positive every day for weeks. I went to the fertility clinic and my LH levels came back very high. The only other sign was extra follicles on both ovaries. I have no other diagnoses except Celiac and take no meds, I weigh 110 lbs, my other labs including Hgba1c and testosterone, androgen etc. were all normal as well. I don’t have acne or hair growth or weight gain, and my egg count was very high for my age. Anyone else similar??? I just started TTC and I’m wondering how hard it will be. I get 6-9 periods per year.
