CM confusion

This morning I had a very heavy amount of cloudy EWCM. Later into the afternoon it’s changed to a very heavy amount of CM consistent with conditioner. Not as thick as lotion though.

I’m currently CD 20 and my temperature hasn’t really gave me an ovulation temperature spike yet. I’m so so confused. I’m worried I missed my window. Last night I had heavy pinching/pulling cramping in my ovary.

This is my first cycle trying after ectopic three months ago so I feel like I don’t know when I ovulate. Ughh the struggle bus 🚌 y’all!
