Csection and bleeding

Curious if any other women recovering from csections have delt with this.

So I had my baby on Friday 11/8 and surprisingly didn’t bleed at all from 11/8 till today on 11/11. I had some discharge it was a yellow cream colored in between but when I started to bleed today it was a lot. And quite scary. I was sitting feeding my baby and then I felt a gush, but it wasn’t a little bit I thought i had peed my self and joked to my mom but then it kept happening and my mom had to take my baby while my husband grabbed a towel. Finally the gushing stopped and they helped me to the restroom where i gushed one more time I continued to rinse off clean myself and then put on another post partum pad until a few min later two more gushes happened and I had to

Change again. We went to our local ER but the wait time was almost 6 hours and because I wasn’t feeling sick and my blood pressure was normal I decided to head home because I didn’t wanna bring my newborn to the ER and she needed to eat. When I got home I had another two gushes

And changed again. But now it slowed down. I am curious if any other women delt with this? I am thinking because I had not bled in so long it was just coming all at once since I wasn’t in pain or lightheaded
