Is this a pimple under my baby’s nose??

1st and 2nd picture are about 20 mins apart. She has just finished eating a bottle in the first picture, could that be the cause of the harsh redness since the redness went down in the second picture?

I can get cold sores. My husband has never had one. I don’t want to assume it’s a cold sore since there’s not a cluster of blisters. There’s only one small bump. She goes to her pediatrician tomorrow for a 2 week checkup. I will mention it to them then.
