Rent Maternity clothes or buy?

I'm not currently pregnant but I heard mixed opinions about this. Some people say to rent because youre never really going to wear the same thing again. Some renting websites however are asking for $60 or more per month for only 4-6 items (which really isnt a lot of clothes when you work everyday) and some places have you rent multiples but their prices are insane per month. Some people say to buy because you can always sell later on which i think im more partial towards because i probably wont have to for new clothes every month and plus i can control where i buy and how much i spend. What do you think?
