Getting 4 month old to drink

Any tips on how to get my baby to eat? He’s sick and I’m trying to keep pedilyte in him but that’s not working either. He needs food. He won’t eat baby food either. I’m trying to keep him out of the hospital as long as I can. We go back to the doctor on Thursday but if things get worse then we have to go back tomorrow or to the ER. He’s not dehydrated at the moment. (He has a bad bad case of bronchitis, we have been in and out of doctors and one ER visit, he has been staying sick with a few things... this is most recent)

Any tips to get him to drink? Today he’s had 2oz of pedilyte, 2oz of water with medication in it and 4oz of formula. At this point he usually would have had 18-24oz of formula but we are at 8oz right now.
