Orgasmning

My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for a few months now. I'm starting to feel a little discouraged because I've never had an orgasm during sex. Is it my fault? Or is there anything I can do that will help me get to that point? My boyfriend finishes every time and feels guilty because "he can't make me finish." Advice???? Thanks!!!
