Is my baby breathing strange? I’m distress? She was falling asleep while breathing like this.. she goes to the dr tomorrow anyways for her 2 week checkup, so should I mention this to her pediatrician?

My daughter did this and I was concerned so I asked my pediatrician and she said it was fine. It's only supposed to be bad if they are really pulling in beneath their ribs or at their collarbone and also if their nostrils are flaring. But if you're concerned, take her in to be safe. That's what I did!

Looks Normal for that age.  Babies (especially young babies) have irregular breathing patterns often
