anyone have acid reflux?

I dont know if I'm getting it but 2 night this week I have had severe back pain on my lower right side making it difficult to move and breathe sometimes. it is very painful. when I burp though it is like the pain is released and feels better and I can breathe normal and it feels normal. I was almost in tears the one night. I googled symptoms and surprising they did say it can cause pain in ur back. Which the symptoms seem to be what I am experiencing. I have a drs appointment tomorrow so I will check. but i am just curious if anyone has had this? I'm 19 weeks and 3 days and have never experienced this before pregnancy?
