How do you relax/unwind? How do you even find the time to?

I’m a stay at home mama, so basically I’m go go go all day. During nap time I do things that I typically can’t while baby is awake such as prepare/cook dinner or fold laundry (he literally destroys my folded piles all the time 😂). Once he’s in bed I clean the kitchen up after dinner and do whatever else. By the time my husband is ready for bed I’m WIDE AWAKE.

I literally cannot sleep. I think it’s because I’m go go go all day, that I don’t have time to unwind and time for myself that when I’m in bed I watch tv or stay on my phone for hours. I go to bed fairly late. I don’t sleep well as my husband snores and sometimes my 14 month old wakes up in the middle of the night hungry, so I’m constantly being woken up and tossing and turning. And honestly I have like ocd because if my house is a mess I go crazy!!!! I literally cannot sleep 🤦🏻‍♀️

My son sleeps in until 8-9am. Usually he wakes up around 8:30am. So I’m pretty lucky that way. But I wish I could just find time to do everything I have to do while also having time to unwind so I can go to bed at a decent time and be able to wake up before my son wakes up to get more stuff done. But because I don’t even know how to unwind, I end up staying up late and Then I’m exhausted the next day, and it’s just a whole cycle.

So what do YOU do to unwind? How do you find time to get everything done to even be able to? Any tips? Advice?
