Getting in shape
How do you moms find time to workout? I have 3 boys 2 and under and I don’t know where I can have time to work out! I work full time and when I’m home all my attention and energy is to the boys. I struggle with trying to wake up earlier as I usually only get 4 hours of sleep a night.... I don’t think I can function on less. I drive an hour 1 way to work too. Like there is not enough time!! I am trying to focus on eating better and portion control. Cutting back lattes and pop. But I am at the heaviest I have ever been and I would like that to change.
