These babies are kicking my butt already!

Hey ladies I'm 12w5d pregnant with Di/di twins and I already feel spent! The nausea and vomiting is so severe I have to call out of work 1 or 2 times a week! When I do go to work I am operating at half capacity and I feel like passing out by the end of my shift, which kills me because I've always prided myself on being an excellent worker. Now I'm experiencing severe stomach pain that is keeping me up at night. I've been to both my OB and the specialist this week and the babies are doing great thank God! I was concerned they were not getting the proper nutrients with me being sick all the time but they are thriving and growing beautifully. Anyone experience something similar? It gets better right?
