Allergic reaction to medication

My one year old had a severe allergic reaction to a drug. Per dr we given baking soda bath, steroid, and Zyrtec. This is day 4 of the itch is there anything else we can be doing? He slept okay last night first time in 4 days but woke up so itchy and uncomfortable. I’m at my wits end because he’s so uncomfortable. I’m going to call again because half of this allergic reaction was because they didn’t listen to us. My oldest had a similar one just not so bad.
