Baby not sleeping

So my LO just turned 14 weeks and she is waking up every 2 hours crying so we feed her and whenever she does go back to sleep she doesn’t really go to sleep she’ll fuss and squirm and than go to sleep for 1 minute than continue and it goes on like that until she wakes up on the 2 hour mark to eat again, I haven’t slept in 3 months I’m starting to get migraines I need help 😭, she use to wake up every 3 to 4 hours and not squirm like that so idk what’s up or what I’m doing wrong now it’s been like for 2 weeks now 😭
