Miscarriage ?? TMI

So I’m on overdrive because the other night I had bleeding. It was bright red but not too much on my underwear. As I kept wiping it got slower and slower and dark, like it was old. Went to the doctor yesterday morning, I’m 6 weeks today and they found baby’s heartbeat and they also found a really small hemorrhage. So the bleeding could possibly be from that. She checked my cervix and it was closed. Well the bleeding eventually stopped yesterday. Well today I’m now getting this bleeding. I’m just freaking out... I’ve been having pain in my abdomen all day, idk if it’s from her checking my cervix or growing pains or what. The pain doesn’t make me double over or anything, you can just tell it’s there. If I could go to the doctor every single day I would 😞 they want me to come in in 2-3 weeks but the worry is getting to me. The blood I’m having today is dark, it looks old but it’s still freaking me out.
