Need to vent

So my husband and I are trying to conceive and it’s been about 6 months. I wouldn’t worry but I only have one Fallopian tube so I’m starting to think it’s me and give up hope. But ne way so I went for testing and the doctor office calls today and says I got a “positive” on one of the test and have to come in tomorrow to talk to the Doctor. So now I’m freaking out like a positive what. Is something wrong.... what could be positive? gonna be a long 13 hours till my appointment in the morning when I find out what is going on.
