Soo confusedd

This is my story... i was using nexplanon for birth control for 2 years when i had my son i got it but on April this year i got it removed and got the Depo shot for 3 months.. August 2019 was going to be my 2nd shot but never went to get it.. soo i had my periods on july for 5 days and September for 7 days.. since i didnt get the 2nd shot i was hoping that my period was going to be normal everymont.. now we are mids of november and no signs of period .. already took alot of pregnancy test (dollars ones ) nd are negative..

What can i do im so confused??
