Pyloric stenosis

Has anyone experienced this with their baby? My son had it and got extremely ill at 4 weeks and had surgery. He was hospitalized for a week. Fast forward to today 9 weeks and hes projectile vomiting again seems like the start of it like it was before. I was told 90% of babies recover quickly and wont need surgery again. He was already in the 10% that had a longer and harder recovery. I'm hoping he is fine. Has anyone experienced this and needed a second surgery?
