BFP after HSG

Anyone get a BFP after their HSG? Were your tubes clear or blocked? How many cycles after the HSG?

I had my HSG last Monday, tubes were clear, and am praying that by some miracle it will help us conceive naturally - we are almost 2 years TTC and it’s getting unbearable.
