Symptoms: Feedback 5w2d

I feel I need to talk to someone... I've had 2 miscarriages and now find myself pregnant for the 3rd time after losing the last in August. We feel so grateful. I have been    experiencing dull cramping. Now having constant lower back pain (which is a new symptom from the last 2 pregnancies). Last weekend I had a few spots of dark brown blood. Called the doctor today. They ran my beta and progesterone today and plan to do again in 48. Feeling a little alone on this because we aren't announcing until 12 weeks (due to our history). Has anyone had these symptoms in previous pregnancies? What do you gals think... Good or Not so Good?
