My son will cry like this around several of his fathers family members including his dads mom... it is kind of stressful because we cant figure out why or how to stop it. Like dude you I'm known them since you were born... whyyy
 So its normal yes. But I personally dont have any advice currently for you. Just wanted you to know you're not alone!!

Idk you tell us lol. Was he scared? Over stimulated? Could be a number of reasons.

That means he has been crying for way too long. If anything crying all day.
