He's been letting her CIO when I'm not home. WTF.

I just found out my husband has been letting our 3 month old CIO when I'm not here. We agreed that we were not even talking about sleep training until 5 months.

I'm so mad I can't see straight. WTF. This is such a violation of trust--how am I supposed to leave her with him when I'm at work if I don't know that he'll take care of her in the way that we agreed upon?

And the fact that he will ignore the recommendations of sleep experts AND our daughter's crying is just beyond the pale. So mad.
