Got tested for HIV

So over the weekend I ended up being positive for chlamydia and took two pills for my system to clear it out with the guy I am currently dating... right I know I don’t understand I never had such thing happen to me.

So this morning I did blood work for everything but can it be possible having chlamydia and catching hiv even tho he’s negative.... I am freaking the helll out like I feel fine but feel of anxiety till the results come back.
