My boyfriend says I gotta buy lube if I think we need it. Am I wrong for getting upset by this?

You shouldn’t be upset. Lube is a great idea, it makes sex go more smoother and more comfortable from my experience. Maybe he feels a bit of friction during sex, lube will eliminate this.

If it’s for something you want, then yeah buy it. My fiancé wanted to try anal and I didn’t, but I agreed to try it once. Since that was for him I told him he had to buy the lube if he wanted it.

Don’t take it the wrong way, it honestly helps. Some days I may be super turned on but for some stupid reason I’m dry as a bone. Lube helps a lot. A small drop goes a long way. Plus it’s great for foreplay when spit or your natural lubricant doesn’t cut it.
