How often do pump as a stay at home mom?

I'm a stay at home mom who exclusively breastfeeds but I pump everynow and then to get engorgement out or pump some to stash away.  How often does one pump so that supply does not go down? I pump once in the morning  normally and if I get engormenet i'l pump that breast and again pump if I fed my baby a bottle. Just wondering what others do? Ty

I do the same once in the mornings and if I get engorged throughout the day. If I have a low stash of milk in the freezer then I pump once more at night. For a little while we’re giving him formula at night to see if it made a difference in his sleep. So I’d also pump when he ate his bottle at night.

I usually pump every 3-4 hrs.

I stopped pumping 🤷‍♀️ my little one decided sbe won't take a bottle anymore and my milk was being wasted. My supply was fine when I stopped. When I was pumping I only pumped once or twice a day.

I pump before bed once she’s already asleep and once early morning. Baby girl sleeping 830pm-630am so I get super engorged if I don’t!
