Sooo I’m taking my 2 kids and husband to get their flu shot today. I’m getting mine at my appointment on Monday. I called my mom to see if she wanted to go with us and get hers and her response was “I’m absolutely NOT getting a flu shot. Last time i had one I was sick for 3 days”

So I told her we will just send her pictures of the baby then🤷🏼‍♀️ There have already been 80 cases of the flu in my county, I’m not taking any risks with a newborn baby. Am I being unreasonable?? I don’t care if she does feel sick for 3 days, think of how a newborn would feel with the flu? Ugh.
