Is my relationship going downhill

I feel like my man is shutting down his feelings. He’s just going through some problems but he’s taking out his frustration and stuff on me. I’ve talked to him about it but he’s just become so cold and aggressive especially if we have an argument. Idk how to help and he won’t let me in to what’s happening either. Any advice?
