Could some of you tell me your 5 month olds routine. Day time, feeds, naps and length, bedtime and night time sleep please.

My daughter is all over the place no matter how hard I try to keep her on schedule it just doesnt work. I'm exhausted I need to get night time right because I'm surviving on 2hrs sleep or less every night she wont sleep on her own for long so she sleep on me which means I dont go to sleep because I cant its unsafe and if rather her be asleep and me be awake then is both be awake and her upset all night. Shes currently drinking around 6-7oz 4x a day and 2 4oz bottles in the night but I think I just give her these to settle her because she doesnt fully wake for them it's just easier for me.
