How do I treat it?

Hi ladies, 
This might be a bit TMI but I was just in the shower and I realized that I have an external Hemorrhoid. It’s kind of enlarged. But I don’t experience any pain or discomfort from it whatsoever. 
1) how do I treat it? 
2) I have a sugaring appointment scheduled in a couple days, is it weird/gross or unhygienic to go to that with one?

There are creams you can get OTC but for the most part, the sure treatment is surgery, and I wouldn't recommend it unless your hemorrhoids are causing you a lot of discomfort.   The recovery for them is worse than the actual hemorrhoids.   
It's not unhygienic.  All hemorrhoids are are swollen veins.   I'm not sure what sugaring is but make sure they steer clear of that area.

I have one it got worst further into pregnancy but finally got smaller after my pregnancy . it is currently coming back with my new pregnancy , id just use cream there are surgery’s for them but I hear it makes them worse 🤷🏻‍♀️ not much you can do about it
