I keep having the same nightmare TW

Basically I’m hoping by talking about this dream it will get it out of my subliminal and usually this works. In my dream I am running with my family to any kind of safety which just happens to be an old wine cellar and I am always the last one in but then I see a child by itself outside and death is coming for it, and somehow it’s ends up being this.

If I save the child, I break my moms hand. I somehow smash it in the door when I go get the child. My mom needs both hands to survive whatever is happening outside so I cut her chances down greatly by breaking her hand. But if I do not break my moms hand the child dies....I always break my moms hand to save the child even though I don’t know the child. I have this dream on repeat every single night.
