What should I do??

So I have a clump of spots on my forehead that just won’t go away! I don’t have acne but I do sometimes get spots around my face, but my forehead spots really stress me out because they just won’t budge!! Any advice on how to get rid???

I broke out on my forehead last year randomly because I never break out on my forehead 
I googled it and I read that it could be fungal acne or “folliculitis”
Sweat and wearing hats a lot is also a factor 
Buy a bottle of dandruff shampoo, preferably “NIZORAL” and use that for a while
And google forehead fungal acne and you’ll learn more

What should I do??
