Unfortunately today after many symptoms, my doctor said I've had a spontaneous miscarriage. It's been 5 days and I'm still bleeding. This was my first pregnancy, and it's hit me like a freight train. I hope our little rainbow baby knows it was protected and loved. Rest easy our little angel 🥺🥺💖💖
