kind advice PLEASE

I suffer from severe anxiety in general but ending up pregnant makes me anxiety even worse. I have been on the pill for years and I take it on time every single day. we also use condoms. but 8 days ago we did not & he pulled out (first day of active pill in my new pack). my withdrawal bleed isn’t for another 2 weeks but the anxiety of waiting is killing me. do you guys think i’m okay? i’m so upset with myself because I always make him wear a condom but we were at my house and didn’t have any 🥺😭
