Poop question

I recently found out I was pregnant (4w6d) and went hiking today (other than hunger I have no symptoms) I came back to our hotel and noticed a bit of poop in my pants + when I wiped! Sorry TMI it’s bloody disgusting I know but how could I??? Anyone had that this early on?

I freaked out as originally I thought it was blood and I had a miscarriage 6 months ago so thought it’s happening all over again... support welcome 🙏🏼
