Positive tests, cramping??

TTC for the last 9mo or so, one miscarriage in July. AF supposed to come today. I took a test 2 days ago and had a BFP. I’ve taken 2 more tests that are also BFP. I want to be excited but I’m really scared. Trying to stay positive that this baby will be here to stay but for the last 2 days I’ve had this mild abdominal cramping when I cough or laugh or move positions in bed. I looked it up and I can’t tell if I should be worried. I’m going right now for a blood hcg test. Has anyone else experienced this? Looking for support...
