Were you able to wear a pyjama set immediately after c-section?

Please let me know. I might be getting a C-section and want to buy a few clothes that i will be able to wear at the hospital and breastfeed too. Thanks a ton.

I stayed in my hospital gown until check out.  My gown had snaps at the top for breastfeeding.  When I left I wore my maternity shorts and top.

Wasn’t allowed out of the gown till the next day once they take the catheter out and you can shower but yes I wore pjs the rest of my stay for both my kids. Even left in them haha.

I was in leggings or sweats the day after. For both my c sections, I put a pad across my scar, stuck to the inside of my underwear to cushion it. The elastic of my underwear always hits right where my incision is, so the pad helped me to wear whatever I wanted.

I wore a hospital gown for the first 24 hours and pajama pants after that. I wanted  pants to feel somewhat decent walking through the hospital to the NICU to see my baby! 
I had a pressure dressing for the first two days and the nurse gave me a soft stretchy wrap to wear over my belly. And the pants were high waisted so nothing was rubbing on my incision.

I was not the hospital for 4 days after my c section I didn’t get dressed until I shower I put on yoga pants and a t shirt. I also asked for an abdominal binder it made my recovery so much better.

I’m 4 weeks pp and still have trouble wearing pants other than leggings due where they sit and hitting close to my
Incision. It’s uncomfortable for me.

Yep! I was in the hospital gown until about 8 hours after the surgery. When they let me get up and start moving I immediately changed into my own clothes (pp leggings and a nursing top).
