Am I the only one who doesnt like oral?

Im not a fan of receiving oral. It really bothers my SO too. I never have been a fan from any of my partners. (1) because I was too self conscious at the beginning but now (2) I dont like the 'sloppy' feeling. I dont like feeling the saliva down there. My SO gets annoyed because he wants to return the favor but I just dont enjoy it.
