How soon after ovulation can you test?

I mean you can test as early as you like. Lots of people seem to start at 6dpo but implantation happens 6-12dpo (or 5-10 depending which site you look at) so early testing might not show a positive even if a later test is going to :) So IF you test early and it's negative, don't take it to heart. 
It is genuinely genuinely better to wait to see if your period turns up, but most of just can't manage to wait that long!
