Potty training a 2 year old

My baby girl turns 2 in about a week and she's been doing really good about wanting to go on the potty. We've been going really slow about it which I'm fine with but I'm starting to think I should taking it more seriously bc she's been doing really well with it she has at least peed on the toilet ones every other day and sometimes will poop. Does anyone have any suggestions that worked with your toddler?
