Returning to Work
Mamas who are back to work and little ones still get up at night..how are you handling that with your SO? Taking turns getting up, you handle them all, assigning nights? Going back to work Thursday and trying to come up with a plan, hubby says to just wake him when I want him to get up but I know if we did that I probably would just get up myself instead.
