VBAC stories please?

Question

I had to have a C section with my daughter due to her being breech was scheduled but my water broke. 
My daughter is now 3 years old. Im currently pregnant with baby number 2. I am 24 weeks and my doctor said I can try for a VBAC. Im just so worried that ill end up having another C section.

Almost exact same situation for me! My daughter was breech and my water broke at 38 weeks. I got pregnant again and they were going to be almost exactly 3 years apart. I had an easy great pregnancy again but this time around baby was head down! My doctor was very supportive of my VBAC. My water broke at 38 weeks and 2 days the second time and my son was born only 7 hours after. Only pushed for about 15mins. It was a perfect and wonderful delivery! Good luck!

I had a c-section due to my first daughter being breech, she is also 3 yrs old! I had my second daughter last year via VBAC. I was induced at 39 weeks due to my last ultrasound showed that she had stopped growing at 34 weeks and they thought she would weigh 5lbs if we were lucky. FYI she was 21in long and weighed 7lbs! I was only dilated at a 1 and my cervix was not soft when induced. We just did a low dose pitocin and increased a little every hour. Laser was AMAZING! They literally had to wake me up from a nap to tell me it was time to push lol. Everything went absolutely perfect! I pushed for 20 mins and she was here. It was the most amazing experience of my life!

I just did it in August !! You can do it! You are a better candidate than i was too since your reason for the first c section was that the baby was breach. I needed a c section after pushing for a long time and my son would not come out. This time around almost 3 years later i fought real hard for my VBAC and luckily i went into labor on my own before the deadline they have me for
C section. Honestly my vbac was my dream come true and i still can’t believe i did it. Don’t worry, the chances of something going wrong are soooooo slim to none and you’re constantly monitored very carefully so you really have nothing to worry about. I was so sick to my stomach with worry about trying and failing again but the day it happened the hospital doctors assured me i was in good hands and it was the best thing i ever did. Goodluck mama!!!!

My ceaser was due to a botched induction! The synthetic oxytocin dose was higher than recommended and it caused bub’s heartbeat to drop. In these cases it’s automatically an emergency ceaser.
Luckily with my second I was induced correctly and had a successful VBAC.

My first was also breech. My second was a vbac at home. The labor was 4hrs total and baby was 9lbs. Here is a picture of me later in the day. See how I can use my own muscles to sit up? The vbac recovery was way easier.
