best friend saying that my relationship isn’t real

so my best friend keeps on saying that my bf and i aren’t really a couple. she says that him and i seem like “bros” and not bf and gf.

him and i have been dating for 7 months, we’re both freshman, and the most we’ve done is hold hands and me ride his shoulders. we’ve had little “dates” after school practicing our instruments together but there’s not much we can really do bc we can’t drive to places ourselves AND i have strict parents.

i literally said bye to him and she was like “why didn’t you call him sweetheart??” it’s not that deep so i’m confused

it just kind of hurts because i really do love him. we call as much as we can and text everyday. it doesn’t feel so good when a close friend of mine tells me that it doesn’t seem like a relationship.

what should I do?
