I currently work for the state that I live in. I have great health insurance but ZERO infertility coverage. So, I am quite honestly thinking about quitting that job to work at Starbucks.. infertility coverage, paid time off, sick leave...
Why can’t other employers follow suit?! Granted it would be a pay cut, but COME ON!
