I get anxious when I get paid

Okay, so I know this is weird. I dont get excited when I get paid, instead I get anxious. I hate seeing the money go little by little until I have nothing left. I also hate figuring out what I have to buy because I always wonder if I'm buying too much or too little. Like today I bought groceries and my son a 20 dollar play doh toy, and it came up to 78 dollars, which isn't bad but I cant stop thinking about it. I buy healthy food so it's always worth the money, but ugh I hate spending money. Just thinking about the diapers and wipes I have to buy this week as well makes me depressed. Is anybody else this way?
