help! Is it even possible?

So Sunday (nov 17) my boyfriend and I were hanging out and one thing lead to another and we were fully unclothed and he was on top, so I’ve been on birth control since early October and it’s like the shot birth control, I don’t get my period either with it, and he never came or anything but we did try and have sex, were both virgins(were 15&16) and we didn’t go completely through with it but I just wanna like ask you guys because I’m not sure if I could get pregnant somehow, so please help🙏🏼
